When your lab report comes and you see a part saying organism idenfication no growth....and the cause of this now growth thing. what does that mean to a 19 year old male?

In the partial context presented, growth seems to refer to microorganisms growing in culture and negative means there is no significant infection from the respective sample.that is good news, such tests are helping by ruling out common infections.
