I've been known that there are some hiv sero-negative patients who do not produce any antibodies. can 4th generation hiv test can detect them. pls help me out?

First, that's extremely rare; it almost never happens that HIV infected persons do not produce antibodies to the virus. Second, the 4th generation tests indeed would detect infection in such cases. That's their whole point: by detecting both antibody and HIV antigen, after the first few weeks, they are NEVER falsely negative.
