The current prescribers should help if prescribed meds, you will have to quit regardless in order to remain enrolled in MAT for opiates. The provider in charge for the MAT program may be able to help by coordinating counseling and group therapy, but they need to know about the other 2 drugs.

There is no Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) established for methamphetamine comparable to buprenorphine (Suboxone) therapy for opiate users. Methamphetamine addiction is pharmacologically complex and does not lend itself to a simple substitution strategy and attitudes toward methamphetamine use are not as empathetic. Are you referring to Gabapentin as a solution or a problem? It is neither.
