That is considered a long covid symptom. A recent study revealed that up to 30% patients still have one symptom after 3 months. The covid-19 pneumonia does cause post-inflammatory lung syndrome which could be responsible for your current symptom. You can fight it by exercise regularly and I think you will eventually overcome it. Good luck.
