My son is 6yo. he can retract his foreskin but part of his foreskin are still attached to glans. the skin is attached to corona and will not go any further he has been producing more smegma also. will he need to be circumcised or what can be done?

I would talk this over with his doc. While a circumcision under general anesthesia could be considered there are less invasive alternatives. His doc may send him to a urologist who can explain your options.

If adhesions are few and small than they can be treated in the office. If not he will need a Circumcision. Pl see a Urologist
