Can you feel it when someone touches you in your sleep?

That would depend on the stage of sleep. People go through several levels/stages from a very light to very deep. Environmental awareness/ability to wake immediately to touch is possible in the light sleep stage but unlikely in deep sleep.

Some conditions will have to be specified for a meaningful answer otherwise the answer to your question is you may or you may not feel it if somebody is touching you in your sleep.
