I have been having pain on my spinal cord in the middle if touched lightly this started 3 weeks ago the pain wakes me out my sleep somtimes?

Night pain: Any history of trauma? Get an immediate full medical history and physical please. Know how to describe the onset 3 weeks ago, sudden or gradual, any trauma involved. How long does the pain last? Any radiation of the pain to other areas, intensity 10/10? Character sharp, dull? What movements make it worse, turning your spine? Bending? Radiation to legs? Night pain indication to be seen ASAP .
