I took the covid vaccine while 23 weeks pregnant & i'm so afraid of the negative side effects it may cause my baby in the future. does this vaccine pass through the placenta?

I have seen no evidence the vaccine harms the fetus. The evidence I have seen finds they maintain the antibody that you pass through the placenta to their benefit. The vaccine is not like a drug you take for weeks & triggers a bad outcome. It does its thing and leaves your system in days. I would worry more about how you will deal with a healthy newborn than the vaccine effect on baby.

There is no evidence of harm from taking Covid vaccine during pregnancy. There is no live virus. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
