Probably not: This sounds more like an infectious process, maybe a fungal infection. If these persist, you should bring them to the attention of your friendly dermatologist. And remember to protect your skin by limiting your exposure to UV radiation. Wear a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 and try to cover up as much as possible when outdoors for prolonged periods of time.
