A member asked:

What is the difference in sperm count and testesterone between having 1 and 2 testicles?

One testicle is sufficient to produce all the testosterone needed for male functions and it can produce enough sperm to keep a man fertile. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

There is none specially if there is only one testicle at an early age. It produces enough sperms and testosterone for normal function
