Did it occur after you had sex on Friday with vigorous clitoral stimulation? If yes, you and your sex partner have to learn how to do it appropriately. If it happened without trigger, have you used new underwear or soap? Contact dermatitis may cause the swelling but itching is usually present. Apply cold compress the area several times a day for pain relief. See a GYN if pain persists past Tuesday

Keep area clean with soap and water and apply OTC cortisone cream. If not better in 3-4 days pl see your GYN
