Is it possible to have a "leaky gut" from an ulcer and long term vomiting? my stools are very loose, runny & coated with bloody mucus. ulcer (=36yrs med: omeprazole) abdominal pain, swollen, painful glands 1-2 x month, long term diarrhea?

You seem to imply that you have fecal incontinence. If that is the case, you ought to consult a GI specialist to assess anal sphincter function. Bloody stool also warrants an evaluation.
