Feb 2020- unprotected sexual intercourse. june 2020- tested negative for everything. syphilis test was rapid plasma reagin did not test again. no more sex read rpr can be negative and tpha postivite. so should i test again ? what type of test?

Negative RPR test 4 months after the exposure is reliable for ruling out syphilis unless you had a false negative test. If TPA can be done and it is also negative, you are safe. Positive TPA will remain for the rest of your life even you were treated successfully and we call it "serum scar".
