I have pain issues with lumbar vertibrae and notice when strongly erect, flexing of the pelvic floor causes pain in the middle of my lower back . could abstaining from sexual arousal be helpful to lumbar stabilization?

If "lumbar stabilization" is needed, abstaining from sexual arousal will not correct this. See an orthopedic physician for an exam and imaging studies to determine what is necessary.
