If i straighten my left foot i feel mild pain in my left calf muscles , btw my last left lumbar vertebrae is sticked to my pelvis(congenital defect)?

Calf pain: Consider muscle strain most likely. Other causes may be congenital or metabolic.

When you 'straighten' or dorsiflex your foot you are stretching your gastrocsoleus (calf) muscles.If you have strained these muscles or even if they are 'tight' you will feel discomfort here.

Btw a 'sacralized' L5 vertebrae is both common and usually not clinically signifigant.
