Self isolate the contact fry other members. Have a test at day 5 to 7 days post last contact. Watch for signs of respiratory distress, shortness of breath, prolonged cough, fever. Avoid contact especially with the elderly and infants

How symptomatic is the positive person? If minimal symptoms, transmission is less likely. Isolate the positive person as much as possible, including a bathroom (if able). Everyone eligible should get vaccinated, if they aren’t already. Everyone should get tested 5 days after the exposure and, if negative, repeat if symptoms develop. Call a doctor if anyone else tests positive for further eval.
