It is not uncommon to have Back pain after a vaginal Delivery of a newborn.There are several causes for it which include the changes in musculoskeketal system due to growth of fetus and also related to delivery in many cases.If the pain is prrsistant inspite of at home treatmemt with massage and over the counter pain killers.She should be examined by her Family Doctor.Doctor will decide about MRI
