Need more details: what was the initial reason for the MRI in the first place? If the radiologist and the ordering doctor believe the spot is benign and chronic it is probably best to leave it alone. If there are any concerns, a follow-up evaluation or consultation with a neurologist or neurosurgeon can be sought out. Good luck to you.

Undiagnosed injury from a backpack vacuum in my upper back clavicle near t2. It's been a year and doctors have no answers. It's one pinpoint spot that stings and burns, makes me unable to turn head or move arm. MRI, electromyography and xray normal.
I feel a sharp pain when I press on a single spot on my skull (6 inches above my eye). No pressure without touch. MRI a year or two ago was clear.
