I am on my second day of period and had a cup of hibiscus tea today. noticed that im bleeding more than usual since than. is is related to hibiscus tea or just a coincidence?

I'm guessing just a coincidence. Hibiscus tea does have some estrogen effect, but it is mild and I am guessing you drank one cup and not a whole lot. Even if you did drink more it is probably not enough to effect your period. If you really are bleeding a lot more than normal I'd be concerned about something other than the tea, though it is good to think about all possibilities.

This is just a coincidence. Hibiscus tea may have a variety of benefits but nothing that will affect your period. Menstrual flow can vary somewhat month to month and it is premature to be concerned. If bleeding is extremely heavy (multiple pads, bleeding through, multiple large clots, pain) or is very prolonged (up to 10 days is still normal) then you should be checked.
