Your question does not make sense. You need more than 5 seconds to empty your bladder. If you do not stay that long, you did not empty your bladder correctly.

Frequency of urination can be due to many things e.g. cold weather, worry, incomplete emptying, too much fluid intake, infection and more. If you have no other symptom it should resolve. If not see a Urologist.
