I have low amh. really low. my fertility doc doesnt seem to concern. saying im young and iui would be a good fit. i am freaking out that i wont be able to conceive. research online isnt putting my mind at ease. am i worrying myself too much?

AMH level is not reliable in the assessment of fertility. You should not worry, trust your doctor.

Probably, and anxiety will not improve your chances to conceive. While I am not a fertility expert, my understanding is that AMH is mostly useful for calculating medication doses for IVF and is little correlated to success rates, particularly in younger women like yourself.
