Bv and yeast and the same time. to cure both at the same time or which to cure first? looking for a sustainable approach?

This is a much more common problem than you might think! Approaches vary, mine is to treat both at the same time with a combination of metronidazole and fluconazole. Prevention is key. Probiotics can be helpful, but I find wearing breathable, cotton underwear, good hygiene, and be careful with scented soaps, lubricants, chemicals or other irritants most helpful. Always important to get checked!
