Ive had copd for 15 years . taking daily spiriva every 24 hours & symbicort twice daily. i quit smoking 11 years ago, wish i would of quit sooner. i have a nebulizer if needed. will nebulizer tx stop the progression of copd?

The medication for bronchodilation does not change progression, but it does control symptoms. The contr of inflammation and avoiding further exposures are important in your management. A COVID-19 booster, Flu and pneumococcal vaccine are recommended.
