If you are not circumcised than do so. Discoloration could be from friction or irritation from tight clothes. Purplish color is from veins in penis. When sexually active use protection. MERRY XMAS

Sometimes irritation from smegma can do it. clean area with mild soap and water and apply OTC cortisone cream for a couple of days. The color is normal for your second question. Youll be fine.
