Kyphosis: Kyphosis can be either the result of degenerative diseases (such as arthritis), developmental problems (common example being scheuermann's disease), osteoporosis with compression fractures of the vertebrae, or trauma. The disc bulge may have occurred during your times of high activity. However, the best path from now is to see physical therapist for balanced exercise plan.
