It can manifest. : At any time. I live in southeastern wisconsin where fibromyalgia is considered to be endemic. I am shocked at the number of cases that i see. I remember practicing in illinois and rarely seeing anyone with this condition and when i practiced in michigan i can count on one hand the number of fibromyalgia patients that i saw. Now i estimate that i see 2-3 such patients per day. Best wishes.
