Abdominal pain that is associated with vaginal bleeding, nausea and vomiting are concerning. A transvaginal/pelvic ultrasound can reassure baby is growing healthy and in the right location. Mild cramping by itself can be a sign of a UTI, vaginal infection, STD, or GI issue. Early establishment of prenatal care is highly recommended
