Ringworm does not leave scars. If you have real scars (and not just discoloration), you did not have ringworm, and should check with your doctor or a dermatologist. If you have discoloration (lighter or darker skin) in the area where the rash was, no treatment is necessary -- it will go away by itself eventually.
