Deep breaths: Have a consistent bedtime & routine: read (yes, now) in low light, feed, wipe out his mouth with a soft cloth, then put him on his back in his crib in his own room, drowsy but awake. It won't hurt him to cry before he learns to self-calm for sleep. See www.Halosleep.Com/ for safe swaddling. This will ⬇ risk of sids, consolidate night-time sleep by 4 mos. & prevent "trained night crying" @ 5-6 mos.
