Must see your doctor: You definitely need to see your primary care doctor about this. Depending on how the UTIs were treated before, it could be a persistent UTI. You need a urinalysis and urine culture to make sure whatever antibiotic you are taking treats the infection, since you may have developed a resistant infection. Abdominal pain also means it's more complicated than just a simple UTI.
