I was vaccinated with the j & j, i am trying to decide what to do for booster. i am concerned moderna would have lots of side effects snd neither pfizer or j & j are effective for omicron. would i have to take 3 shots if i go with pfizer or moderna?

People who had the one dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine should receive a booster dose of Pfizer or Moderna (mRNA vaccines). Both Moderna and Pfizer are known to stimulate a vigorous response that is effective against Omicron. You should not need two boosters.
