Hemorrhoids manifest in several ways. Bleeding, pain during defecation, small reducible swelling outside anus etc. It is more common who strain to defecate (ch. constipation) usually takes many years to develop. Your chances of having it at 18trs are slim

What symptoms do you have? Is there blood in your stool? Is there a mass/lump at your anus? Do you have pain/itching at the anus? If you have any of these symptoms, see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
