I have a rare arachnoid cyst possible tumor in my spine in the thoracic. ive been on oxycodone since i was 19 so it barely touches me. even the fentynal 50mg barely touched my pain. i'm so lost on what to do nothing helps my pain!! any advice?

You describe likely medication tolerance and probable dependence with little benefit at this point. First, get updated neurosurgical consult, and if surgery is an option, consider this. Otherwise, consult pain management specialist. Perhaps both at this point.
