I have recently gotten a tattoo infection, i caught it early on so it didnt become too severe and i was prescribed antibiotics. i was wondering if keeping saniderm on the tattoo while i have the infection will have any kind of negative effect?

Since you already have an infection, applying Saniderm now is like closing the barn door after the horse escapes. It won't do any harm to apply it, but the problem it is designed to prevent has already happened. Take your antibiotics and hope that solves the problem. If it doesn't, return to your doctor without delay.
