I was fully hpv vaccinated aged 16, i now have abormal pap with high risk hpvs (all except 16,18/45), lsil & squamous metaplasia. did the vaccine work? is this common? thank you?

Cannot say how common it is. It is imperative that you get follow-up PAPs at the frequency recommended by your doctor. Squamous metaplasia is reversible. Wish you good health!
