Although the radiograph shows a healthy tooth, the filling might be leaking, resulting in sensitivity. If the tooth is sensitive to cold and sweets, replace the restoration. If sensitive to percussion only, have the tooth tested for vitality... the nerve n the tooth may be necrotic.

After so many years most fillings tend to discolor, especially in the front of the mouth. Drinking coffee or tea will do this. Natural wearing away from eating and brushing and microleakage will cause the sensitivity. Best have a new filling put in, the materials in the filling have been changed for the better.

You are fortunate the filling has lasted this long. It may be leaking, or there may be decay behind the filling. The is a general information site, not an individual examination site. See your Dentist for an examination, pulp testing, probable x-ray, to determine tooth viability. If for no other reason, the color change would indicate that replacement isn order.
