Dr. Machanic already answered your question. The symptoms you mention, if correctly, do not fit into a neurological syndrome so it's better to see a neurologist.

I fully agree that you should consult a neurologist for accurate diagnosis and advice. I'm not sure that you're experiencing true myoclonic jerks, but generalized muscle twitching and tremor warrant an evaluation by a neurologist.
