Temporal lobe epilepsy ( TLE) is kind of seizure and it may come with some specific type of aura and is based on the different locations of the cortex of brain. Yes Deja Vu could be as type of seizure as well, specially in seizures which are coming from the temporal lobs.

The aura is the initial presentation of the seizure, and deja vu is but one variety of an aura. Other auras could involve foul odors or tastes, sudden strong emotions, hallucinations, dizziness, etc.
