Your best chance remains establishing with a local physician and having your medical records transferred from your previous doc timely so that you get a diagnosis and proper treatment. Your condition will require a physical exam with or without cultures. Alternatively if this is a recurring condition for which you got treated in the past, your previous doc might be able to help in the mean time.

What sort of mites were you exposed to, and what symptoms are you having that are making you miserable? We can be more helpful if you give us more specific information. If you really think your symptoms are do to some sort of infestation, you need to see a dermatologist for a proper evaluation and treatment.
