: Antibiotics will kill both harmful and helpful bacteria. That can result in diarrhea. Should always be taken for at least 5 days. Do not discontinue before discussing with your Physician or Dentist. Antibiotic will not cure a dental infection, only control it until yo have the infected tooth treated.
