Tell Your Prescriber: Tell the prescriber who wrote for the medications. The symptoms can be a side effect to the broad spectrum antibiotic. Don't stop it. Call the Doctors office and ask them what to do and if you need to continue giving the entire course of medication. They may want you to continue it or perhaps they can treat with another less potent medication.

Baby probiotic : A baby probiotic may be helpful, and once the course of antibiotic is completed, the thrush may begin to improve. If not, additional anti fungal treatment may be used.
