Your question is unclear. What increased when you state "sudden increase in my lower abdomen&hips"? If you have pain in your abdomen and hips it may be due to excessive physical activity. You may take acetaminophen, no more than 4 g in a day, no alcohol. Oral sex is unlikely to have contributed to your symptoms. Wish you good health!
