There is not enough information to confirm that you have anything wrong. The body generally has 6-8 hrs of easily retrieved carbohydrates to sustain blood sugar during sleep no mater when you go to bed/eat. It can also use convert fat to sustain blood sugar. If you are concerned, see your doc & get test done to confirm/exclude a diabetic issue.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described is not sufficient to make any diagnosis including diabetes. It would be prudent to see a doctor to get tested for diabetes. Wish you good health!
