Chronic epididymitis is relatively rare and most chronic recurrent testicular area pain is attributed to it. Often small epidydimal cysts are mistaken for it. The pain is often described as dull and achy and squeezing. I suggest you wear a good scrotal support. and if the pain persists see a Urologist who should do a good local exam and order an ultrasound.
