So if my 14days of doxy for chlamydia ends nov 16th and i had my rocephin shot yesterday nov 6th would next weekend be clear for me?? or does it mean a actual full week off of treatment to wait for sex im unsure when a week would actually be?

The dates don't compute: is this an older post? Were you diagnosed with gonorrhea after starting chlamydia treatment? Why the longer than usual chlamydia treatent? Did you perhaps have PID? In any case, you should have no sex until a week after your last dose of doxycycline or the ceftriaxone shot, whichever was latest. If you had PID, also no sex until all pain and other symptoms are gone.
