It depends: BP drops and hr speed up if bleeding is sudden, as in minutes to hours. You will also have other signs symptoms like clammy , dizziness or passing out. If you bleed over time, these parameters will not dramatically change. You bodily system will compensate.

Emergency: Internal bleeding would not allow one to be ambulating or living any kind of a normal life. Pain, fever, diaphoresis, and low blood pressure would most likely be present. Bleeding: Yes to both of those. The first sign would be an elevated heart rate (over 100). Next would be a drop in your blood pressure. You may also start to get lightheaded, especially when you stand up. If you have concerns, please see your doctor.
