I would assume nothing. The time it takes for a report depends on the location, whether the test is done on site or mailed/couriered to a reference lab nearby or across the country.

It involves the lab to pickup the specimen ,examine it and then report it all of which takes time. 4 days are not unreasonable. Just because it seems so long to you does not mean it is positive. If it was your MD would have called. So take it easy specially if you do not have any symptoms.
