If properly collected and examined urine results are accurate. If your urine was examined properly it will be accurate. It takes time to report does not mean your urine was not examined for 93hours so don't worry about it

Urine may have been tested the same day when it was submitted and the delay may be in transmitting the results. If you use a patient portal, you could get the results, as soon as the laboratory completes the test.
