This is a psychological issue, not cardiac. Professional counseling probably would help.

Find a life coach/therapist who can teach you stress management techniques. During the process you can explore the stressors in your life. Health concern focus is often a socially accepted cover for an anxiety disorder or unresolved emotional issues. Do the work and your life can get better.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Two suggestions: 1) Seek evaluation by a cardiologist go determine your actual cardiac health instead of making up doomsday scenarios in your head, and 2) see a Psychiatrist to help you understand and manage your obsession. Without the help, ion you find out (as expected) that your heart is marvelously healthy, you may just find another organ to abscess over. Please seek help.

I think if you had a maximal treadmill stress test and passed with flying colors it would reassure you that there would be no harmful effects of vigorous exercise with its associated very rapid, appropriate heart rates. Discuss with your physician.
