Anxiety affects the heart and also causes all the symptoms you describe. Pl see your MD to get to the cause and some medicine to help you. In the meantime you can try meditation or other relaxing techniques.

Well, first of all have your heart checked out, irregular rhythms can not only cause what you describe, but needs to be dealt with quickly. Then try deep berthing exercises; tai chi has some movement with it, yoga breathing or mediation can decrease sympathetic nervous system activity. And gentle exercise can help balance the nervous system. First, check out your heart.
